About Us
The Association of Illinois Township Committees on Youth (AITCOY) is a statewide, incorporated, not-for-profit organization of township-affiliated youth/family service agencies and programs. AITCOY is a statewide voice and resource for community-based human services agencies. AITCOY has four purposes:
The Association carries out its purposes by meeting quarterly, offering professional development trainings, and networking amongst members and other professional youth/family resources.
- To promote improved services for youth and families in townships throughout Illinois.
- To promote the professional identity of Township Committees on Youth and Township-affiliated youth and family service departments and agencies.
- To provide training and technical assistance for the establishment and development of Township Committees on Youth and Township-affiliated youth/family service programs.
- To facilitate cooperation, information and resource sharing among such entities and programs.

Our Mission
The mission of AITCOY is to advance the professional identity of Township Committees on Youth by providing leadership, professional training, community education, and networking to enhance the quality of life for youth and families in the Townships throughout Illinois.
